From Boston:

Take the Southeast Expressway south to Exit 12 toward Route 3A/Neponset/Quincy. Take a slight right onto Gallivan Boulevard and then a slight right onto Neponset Avenue/3AS. Turn left onto East Squantum Street and then left onto Victory Road (Marina Bay). Go half-way through the roundabout, staying on Victory Road. 304 Victory Road will be on your right abutting the wharf.

From Points South:

Take Route 3 north to Exit 19/Burgin Parkway. Follow Burgin Parkway which will become Newport Avenue. Take the West Squantum ramp and turn right onto West Squantum. Turn left onto Victory Road (Marina Bay). 304 Victory Road will be on your right abutting the wharf.
